Refund policy

1. No Exchange Policy


We do not offer exchanges on any products, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at varshbyvarsha@gmail.com for a replacement or full refund. 


2. Defective or Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a return and issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.


3. Refund Delays and Issues


If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have issues, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
